Box 2 or Box 3, what does that mean for tax?
If you buy crypto through your company, different tax rules apply than in your private capacity. In Box 3, you pay annual tax on a fictitious return, unless you can demonstrate that the actual return is lower. Through a BV, you pay corporate income tax, but only when you actually realise a profit. Expand the questions below for more details.
